Ordering Policy

Be advised of the following. When placing an order through the Security Shutter website, or by other means, you agree to the terms and conditions of the sale stated in this document. When “We” and “Us” is used in this document Security Shutter Ltd. Is referenced. “You” and “your” refers to the entity making the purchase.

After a quotation is requested of us, we shall provide a written quotation based on project needs. Upon request we shall produce shop drawings which must be approved in writing by you prior to placing an order. Each roll shutter is custom built according to approved shop drawings. Estimated delivery, and/or install dates will be provided by us with the shop drawings.

By initiating a purchase and/or placing a deposit with Security Shutter Ltd. you confirm and agree to the following:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You are making the purchase with the expressed permission of the party requesting the product.
You agree that after we process the deposit or payment the order is considered final.
If you request adjustments or returns after we process an order a 25% restocking fee is required, unless manufacturing or packing has not commenced.
If manufacturing has begun, restocking fee is payable by you.
When using a credit card for payment an automatic 3% surcharge will be applied to the after tax amount of each transaction.

Products listed on your order may be showing out of stock or unavailable at the time of purchase, we are working to resolve this as soon as possible. Currently you have the opportunity to place any custom order by inquiring for a quick quote on any of our product pages. An order confirmation will be sent to you via email following each purchase, and will include updated estimated delivery and/or installation dates.

When placing an order you recognize that our products can be dangerous if used improperly, or without proper training. For your safety and also to maintain the integrity and longevity of the product(s); you are required to be fully trained and follow proper installation procedures, and also correct means of operation. A certified electrician must install any motorized roll shutters.

Security Shutters Ltd. will not be held responsible for any harm, damages, or loss of funds as a resulting from improper installation, use, or other means that are not consistent with our best practice policies.

Any actions not consistent with the best practices or recommendations we’ve set forth in our product documentation may result in loss and/or void of warranty. Such actions include but are not limited to, improper installation, operation, unnecessary damage to the unit(s) resulting in product failure, or harm to an individual.

To serve you better and to achieve more competitive prices for you, Security Shutter Ltd does not have a large warehouse with large inventories. We instead invest in our systems and people in order to provide unparalleled quality of customer service.
