These Ordering Terms & Conditions are designed to provide clarity, transparency & a seamless experience from quotation through completion—so expectations are clear, outcomes are reliable & your investment is protected.

TERMS OF SALE
Be advised of the following. When placing an order through the Security Shutter website, or by other means, you agree to the terms & conditions of the sale stated in this document.

When “We” & “Us” are used in this document Security Shutter Ltd. is referenced.

“You” & “your” refers to the entity making the purchase.
After a quotation is requested SSL shall provide a written quotation based on project needs. Upon request we shall produce shop drawings which must be approved in writing by you prior to placing an order. Each roll shutter is custom built according to approved shop drawings. Estimated delivery, and/or install dates will be provided by us with the shop drawings.
By initiating a purchase and/or placing a deposit with Security Shutter Ltd. you confirm & agree to the following:

You are at least 18 years of age.

You are making the purchase with the expressed permission of the party requesting the product.

You agree that after we process the deposit or payment the order is considered final.

If you request adjustments or returns after we process an order a 25% restocking fee is required, unless manufacturing or packing has not commenced.

If manufacturing has begun, the restocking fee is payable by you.

When using a credit card for payment an automatic 3% surcharge will be applied to the after tax amount of each transaction.
Customers may place custom orders by requesting a quick quote directly from any product page. Following each purchase, an order confirmation will be sent via email, including updated estimated delivery and/or installation timelines.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that SSL products may pose safety risks if improperly handled, installed, or operated without appropriate training. To ensure personal safety & preserve the performance, integrity & longevity of the product(s), proper training, installation procedures & correct operation must be followed at all times. Installation of any motorized roll shutter must be performed by a certified electrician.
If a product is listed as “out of stock” or “unavailable” at the time of purchase, SSL will work diligently to source and supply the item as quickly as possible.
Security Shutter Ltd. shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or financial loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or any use that does not comply with SSL’s recommended best-practice policies & procedures.
Any actions that do not comply with the best practices or recommendations outlined in SSL’s product documentation may result in warranty limitation or voidance & may lead to product failure, property damage, financial loss, or personal injury. Such actions include, but are not limited to, improper installation, incorrect operation, unauthorized modification, or damage to the unit(s).
To better serve our customers & maintain competitive pricing, Security Shutter Ltd. does not operate large warehouse facilities or carry excessive inventory. Instead, we invest in advanced systems, trusted suppliers & skilled people to deliver efficient solutions & exceptional customer service.
