Insulation

Roll formed aluminum 55mm slat profile is injected with polyurethane soft foam which has a density of 60 kg/m³. This is our standard as it provides the best of both; insulation and additional security. This type of roll shutter system is very durable, highly efficient and lightweight.

Highly weather-resistant surface with 2-layer thick coating

Paired with an industry trusted Somfy tubular motor and our unique anti-push-up slat mounts. This insulation system is able to securely cover openings of up to 161.5 SQ/FT (15 SQ/M).

Custom Request R-Value Insulation

We manufacture slats to your R-value specification, feel free to contact us at anytime with your requests. We are able to inject slats with different densities of polyurethane which ranges from 48 to 300 kg/m³. This will allow you to fine tune the balance between security and R-Value for your application. Please Note* Minimum order quantity may be required.
